IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

The following items will be provided for each booth smaller than a 20'x20': 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 8' SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN. 

Please note that spaces 20’x20’ (and larger) do NOT receive additional equipment in their booth, so any items you'll need for your display must be ordered in advance.

The venue is not carpeted. If you are in need of carpet rental/padding, please click ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE below or use page 8 in the Vendor Packet.

IMPORTANT: All CAT-5 cables and extension cords MUST be run by an exhibit representative BEFORE your booth carpeting is installed on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.

Electricity and internet service are NOT included with your booth.  To order these services, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above and order it there.

If you do order electrical service for your booth, it does NOT include an extension cord or a power strip. Since your booth may be as much as 50 feet or more away from the nearest floor outlet, you'll either need to bring your own 50+' extension cord and power strip with you, or rent those from Event 1 as well. We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 8:00am and 6:00pm on Sunday, August 7th and Monday, August 8th, and from 8:00am to 3:00pm on Tuesday, August 9th to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

To order any additional rental items (extra folding tables, pub tables, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, etc.) or arrange items like forklift services, booth set up/tear down labor, sign-hanging, plant & floral services or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you have 2 options:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 4401 S. Jackson St, Tulsa, OK 74107. They will accept shipments between Tuesday, July 5th and Friday, August 5th at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the Cox Business Center (100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103). They will only accept shipments between Tuesday, August 2nd and Tuesday, August 9th (9:00am to 4:00pm daily).
