IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH SPACE:
8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 6' SKIRTED FOLDING TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.
The Central Park Hall floor is concrete. You can order comfy carpet & padding for your booth by clicking https://bit.ly/3ux3foA.
To order any other rental items like counter high tables & stools, highboy tables covered in spandex, literature racks, flat screen TV monitors, trusses, easels, etc., click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below, or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.
If you require electrical or internet service in your booth, you must also do that through the show promoter by visiting https://bit.ly/3ux3foA.
Should you require forklift service to offload heavy items for your booth, you’ll need to schedule and pay for that in advance by clicking the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or by using page 24 in the official vendor packet.
If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, the receiving deadline at the advance warehouse is Wednesday, February 16th at 4:30pm. Otherwise you'll need to ship them directly to Central Park Hall to arrive between 9:00am and 3:00pm on either Monday, February 21st or Tuesday, February 22nd.
Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday, February 24th. Any freight left in the venue after 6:00pm on February 24th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.25 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
