Send all advance freight shipments to the advance warehouse at:

Advance shipments may begin arriving at the warehouse starting on Monday, October 18th and will be accepted until Wednesday, October 10th at 4:30pm.  All freight received at the advance warehouse will be transported to the convention center on Thursday, November 11th.   

All freight deliveries will be received by Event 1 Productions, Inc. and are subject to Event 1 Productions, Inc. freight handling charges regardless of the consignee, as Event 1 Productions, Inc. is the official show contractor. All freight into the C.O.P.S. November Conference will require a material handling and
payment form on file before arriving on show site as well as before freight will be released to exhibitors.

Shipment pickups MUST be scheduled for Tuesday, November 17th due to ABF Freight being closed on Sunday, November 15th.  Freight must also be picked up from the Event 1 warehouse at:
