THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 10x10 TUXEDO CARPET, 1 6' SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7" X 36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

Your booth does NOT come with access to electrical or wireless internet services. If you would like to order and pay for these, CLICK HERE or download and print the order forms by clicking the links under the DOWNLOAD section above. 

We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on Tuesday, November 30th to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

If you would like to order other optional services like internet, water, phone or booth security, download and print the order forms by clicking the links under the DOWNLOAD section above. THESE FORMS AND YOUR PAYMENT MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE OKLAHOMA CITY CONVENTION CENTER (NOT TO EVENT 1 INC.)

If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you have 2 options:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight, 1117 E. Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73129. They will accept shipments between Monday, October 18th and Tuesday, November 23rd at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109). They will only accept shipments on either Monday, November 29th or Tuesday, November 30th (9:00am to 3:00pm only).
