The following items will be provided for each booth smaller than a 20'x20': 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 8' SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN. Please note that spaces 20’x20’ (and larger) do NOT receive additional equipment in their booth so any items you'll need for your display must be ordered in advance.

The venue is not carpeted. If you are in need of carpet rental/padding, please click ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE below or use page 8 in the Vendor Packet.

IMPORTANT: All CAT-5 cables and extension cords MUST be run by an exhibit representative BEFORE your booth carpeting is installed on Thursday, August 12, 2021.

Electricity is NOT included with your booth.  To order electrical service, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above and order it there.

If you do order electrical service for your booth, it does NOT include an extension cord. Since your booth may be as much as 50 feet or more away from the nearest floor outlet, you'll either need to bring your own 50+' extension cord and power strip with you, or rent those from Event 1 as well. We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 8:00am and 6:00pm on Sunday, August 15th and from 8:00am to 3:00pm on Monday, August 16th to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

THESE FORMS AND YOUR PAYMENT MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE OKLAHOMA CITY CONVENTION CENTER (NOT TO EVENT 1 INC.)

If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you have 2 options:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight, 1117 E. Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73129. They will accept shipments between Monday, July 19th and Friday, August 6th at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109). They will accept shipments between Wednesday, August 11th and Sunday, August 15th (9:00am to 5:00pm only)
