IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 8' SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

Your booth does NOT come with access to electrical or wireless internet services. If you would like to order and pay for these, visit the OFFICIAL SHOW WEBSITE HERE, or download and print the order forms by clicking the links under the Download section above. To order any additional rental items (additional tables, pub tables, counter high stools, comfy carpet and padding, flat screen TV's on trusses, etc.), click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

If you do order electrical service for your booth, it does NOT include an extension cord. Since your booth may be as much as 50 feet or more away from the nearest floor outlet, you'll either need to bring your own 50+' extension cord and power strip with you, or rent those from Event 1 as well. We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 7:00am and 3:30pm on setup day (Monday, August 2nd) to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Should you require forklift service to offload heavy items for your booth, you’ll need to schedule and pay for that in advance by clicking the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below.

If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you'll need to ship them to the advance warehouse (ABF Freight - 1117 E. Grand Ave, OKC, OK 73129) to arrive between July 5th and July 30th.  If they won't arrive until after July 30th, you'll need to ship your freight directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Conrett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109) to arrive from 9:00am and 3:00pm on either Saturday, July 31st or Sunday, August 1st.

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Monday, August 2nd. Any freight left in the venue after 6:00pm on August 2nd will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.25 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
