Event: 34th Annual Backwoods Hunting and Fishing Expo 2021
IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.
Your booth does NOT come furnished with a table, folding chairs or access to electrical service. If you would like to order these, visiting the OFFICIAL SHOW WEBSITE HERE. To order any additional rental items, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below.
If you do order electrical service for your booth, that does not include an extension cord. Since your booth may be as much as 30 feet away from the nearest floor outlet, you'll either need to bring your own 25-50' extension cord and power strip with you, or rent those from Event 1 as well.
Should you require forklift service to offload heavy items for your booth, you’ll need to schedule and pay for that in advance by clicking the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below.
If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you'll need to ship them directly to the Cox Pavilion (3212 Wichita Walk, Oklahoma City, OK 73107) to arrive from 9:00am and 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 3rd or Thursday, March 4th.
Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, March 7th. Any freight left in the venue after 7:00pm on March 7th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.25 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
