IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

The following items will be provided for each 10x10 booth: 8’ Back Drape and 8’ Side Rail, 2 Folding Chairs, 1 Wastebasket and 1-7"x36" Exhibitor ID Sign.

The Cox Convention Center floor is NOT carpeted. If you would like to order carpet/padding or any additional rental items ike literature racks, pub tables, bag racks, leather furniture, etc., for your booth, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, the receiving deadline at the advance warehouse is Friday, August 21st at 4:30pm. Otherwise you'll need to ship your freight directly to the Cox Convention Center to arrive between 8:00am and 4:00pm on Tuesday, August 25th, between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 26th or between 8:00am and 2:30pm on Thursday, August 27th only.

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday, August 29th. Any freight left in the venue after 5:00pm on August 29th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.25 per pound material handling fee.
