IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE INCLUDED WITH EACH 10X10 BOOTH SPACE: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

Booth spaces do not include folding tables or chairs and the venue floor is not carpeted.

If you would like to order any additional rental items (carpet & pad, folding tables, pub tables, folding chairs, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, etc.) or arrange services like booth set up/tear down labor or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

Your booth does NOT come with access to electrical or wireless internet services. If you would like to order electricity, you need to include that charge on your contract with Midwest Shows.

WE'LL HAVE AN EXHIBITOR SERVICE DESK ONSITE AND OPERATIONAL BETWEEN 9:00AM AND 5:00PM ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9TH AND WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10TH TO ASSIST YOU AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 4410 S. Jackson Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107. They will only accept shipments between Monday, November 17th and Friday, December 5th at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the SageNet Center (4145 E. 21st St., Tulsa, OK 74112). They will only accept shipments on Monday through Wednesday (December 8th through 10^th) from 9:00am to 3:00pm only.

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Saturday, December 13th.  Any freight left in the venue after 6:00pm on December 13th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.99 per pound material handling fee (minimum $99.00), so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
