IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: BOOTH CARPETING, 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 6' SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

The convention center does offer FREE wifi service, but your booth does NOT come with access to electrical or dedicated internet connections.  If you would like to order and pay for these, visit the OFFICIAL CONVENTION CENTER WEBSITE HERE. To order any additional rental items (extra folding tables, pub tables, counter high stools, comfy carpet and padding, flat screen TV's on trusses, etc.), click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on Tuesday, October 22nd to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Should you require forklift service to offload heavy items for your booth, you’ll need to schedule and pay for that in advance by clicking the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below.

If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you'll need to ship them to the advance warehouse (ABF Freight - 1117 E. Grand Blvd., OKC, OK 73129) to arrive between September 30th and October 18th.  If they won't arrive until after October 18th, you'll need to ship your freight directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109) to arrive between 9:00am and 3:00pm on either October 21st or 22nd

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Wednesday, October 23rd.  Any freight left in the venue after 6:00pm on October 23rd will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.75 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
