IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH BOOTH SMALLER THAN A 20'X20': 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 8' SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN. 

Please note that spaces 20’x20’ (and larger) do NOT receive additional equipment in their booth, so any items you'll need for your display must be ordered in advance.

The venue is not carpeted. If you are in need of carpet rental/padding, please click ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE below or use page 8 in the Vendor Packet.

IMPORTANT: All CAT-5 cables and extension cords MUST be run by an exhibit representative BEFORE your booth carpeting is installed on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

Electrical services are NOT included with your booth.  To order electricity, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above and order it there.

If you do order electrical service for your booth, it does NOT include an extension cord or a power strip. Since your booth may be as much as 30 feet or more away from the nearest floor outlet, you'll either need to bring your own 30+' extension cord and power strip with you, or rent those from Event 1 as well. We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 8:00am and 6:00pm on Saturday, August 10th and Sunday, August 11th, and from 8:00am to 3:00pm on Monday, August 12th to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

If you need internet or water service for your booth space, you'll need to order those directly through the OKC Convention Center HERE.

To order any additional rental items (extra folding tables, pub tables, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, etc.) or arrange items like forklift services, booth set up/tear down labor, sign-hanging, plant & floral services or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 1117 E. Grand Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73129. They will accept shipments between Monday, July 8th and Friday, August 2nd at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73109). They will only accept shipments between Friday, August 9th and Monday, August 12th (9:00am to 3:00pm daily).
