IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE INCLUDED WITH EACH 10X10 BOOTH SPACE: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1-8' COVERD AND SKIRTED TABLE, 2-FOLDING CHAIRS AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

The SageNet Center floors are NOT carpeted.  If you would like to order any additional rental items (carpet & pad, folding tables, pub tables, folding chairs, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, wastebaskets, etc.) or arrange services like booth set up/tear down or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below, or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

If you need access to electricity for your booth space, please arrange this in advance through the Junior Achievement office by phone at 918-663-2132 or by email at Email Martha Rongey.

IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 4410 S. Jackson St, Tulsa, OK 74107. They will only accept shipments between Friday, February 5th and Friday, February 23rd at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the SageNet Center (4145 E. 21st St., Tulsa, OK 74112). They will only accept shipments on either February 26th or February 27th (9:00am to 3:00pm only).

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Thursday, February 29th.  Any freight left in the venue after 5:00pm on February 29th will be forced out through a common carrier (at your expense), shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.75 per pound material handling fee (minimum $75.00), so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
