IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 8' SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

The convention center does offer FREE guest wifi service, but your booth does NOT come with access to either electrical or dedicated internet connections.  If you would like to order and pay for electricity or internet service, visit the OKC CONVENTION CENTER WEBSITE HERE

To order any additional rental items (comfy carpet and padding, extra folding tables, pub tables, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, etc.), click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

If you do order electrical service for your booth, it does NOT include an extension cord. Since your booth may be as much as 30 feet or more away from the nearest floor outlet, you'll either need to bring your own 30+' extension cord and power strip with you, or rent those from Event 1 as well.

Event 1 Productions will have an Exhibitor Services Desk onsite and operational between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on Wednesday, November 29th, and again on Thursday, November 30th from 7:30am-10:30am to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING FREIGHT SHIPENTS:  If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you'll need to ship them to the advance warehouse (ABF Freight System, 1117 E. Grand Ave, OKC, OK 73129) to arrive between November 6th and November 24th.  If they won't arrive until after November 24th, you'll need to ship your freight directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109) to arrive between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Wednesday, November 29th.

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 2:30pm to 5:30pm on Thursday, November 30th. Any freight left in the venue after 5:30pm on November 30th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.75 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
