IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE INCLUDED WITH EACH 10X10 BOOTH SPACE: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

Booth spaces do NOT include folding tables or chairs and the venue floor is not carpeted.

If you would like to order any additional rental items (carpet & pad, folding tables, pub tables, folding chairs, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, wastebaskets, etc.) or arrange services like booth set up/tear down and sign-hanging labor, forklift service or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below, or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

Your booth fee DOES include access to electrical service but should you need wireless internet service, you'll need to order that through Expo Square.

IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 4410 S. Jackson St, Tulsa, OK 74107. They will only accept shipments between Monday, February 20th and Friday, March 3rd at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the SageNet Center (4145 E. 21st St., Tulsa, OK 74112). They will only accept shipments on either March 6th, 7th or 8th (9:00am to 3:00pm only).

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Monday, March 13th.  Any freight left in the venue after 5:00pm on March 13th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.75 per pound material handling fee (minimum $75.00), so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
