IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1-6' COVERED AND SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.
The Cox Business Center floor is NOT carpeted. If you would like to order carpet/padding for your booth or any additional rental items, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.
Your booth does NOT come with access to electrical or wireless internet services. If you would like to order and pay for these, click on https://exhibitors.venueops.com/order/account-1025/exhibition-353-A. ELECTRICITY MUST BE ORDERED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE COX BUSINESS CENTER (AND NOT EVENT 1 INC.)
We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 8:00am and 12:00noon on Thursday, January 19th to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:
1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System 4410 S. Jackson St., Tulsa, OK 74107. They will only accept shipments between Monday, December 26th and Friday, January 13th at 4:30pm, or
2) You can ship them directly to the Cox Business Center (100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103). They will only accept shipments on either Wednesday, January 18th or Thursday, January 19th (prior to 12:0pm).
Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Friday, January 20th. Any freight left in the venue after 6:00pm on January 20th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.75 per pound material handling fee ($75.00 minimum charge), so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
