IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 8’ SIDE RAIL, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

All 10x10 booths in this show are also entitled to one (1) free 6-foot covered & skirted table, but due to the nature of the show (most exhibitors either bring their own tables or simply don’t need one), we won’t put a table in each booth unless you notify us in advance. Send an email to Steve@event1inc.net with your booth number and company name and let him know you would like your complimentary table.

The convention center does offer free public wifi, but your booth does NOT come with access to electrical service or dedicated internet service. If you would like to order and pay for these, visit the OFFICIAL CONVENTION CENTER WEBSITE HERE. To order any additional rental items (additional tables, pub tables, counter high stools, comfy carpet and padding, flat screen TV's on trusses, etc.), click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

If you do order electrical service for your booth, it does NOT include an extension cord. Since your booth may be as much as 25 feet or more away from the nearest floor outlet, you'll either need to bring your own 25' extension cord and power strip with you, or rent those from Event 1 as well. We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 2nd and from 8:00am-noon on Thursday, November 3rd to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Should you require forklift service to offload heavy items for your booth, you’ll need to schedule and pay for that in advance by clicking the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below.

If you'll be shipping freight items to the show for your display, you'll need to ship them to the advance warehouse (ABF Freight System, 1117 E. Grand Ave, OKC, OK 73129) to arrive between October 10th and October 28th.  If your freight won't arrive until after October 28th, you'll need to ship it directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109) to arrive between 9:00am and 3:00pm on either Tuesday, November 1st or Wednesday, November 2nd.

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, November 6th. Any freight left in the venue after 7:00pm on November 6th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.75 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
