THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL AND 1-7" X 36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.
If you would like to order a covered & skirted table, folding chairs, carpeting, a wastebasket or any additional rental items (extra folding tables, pub tables, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, etc.) or arrange items like forklift services, booth set up/tear down labor or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.
Your booth does NOT come with free access to electrical service. If you would like to order and pay for these, CLICK HERE or download and print the order form by clicking the links under the DOWNLOAD section above. THIS FORM AND YOUR PAYMENT MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE L&L EXHIBITION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (AND NOT TO EVENT 1 INC.) YOU CAN ALSO ORDER ELECTRICITY BY PHONE AT 800-374-6463.
We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 1:00pm and 6:00pm on Wednesday, August 10th and from 10:00am to 6:00pm, on Thursday, August 11th and on Friday, August 12th from 9:00am-1:00pm to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:
1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 1117 E. Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73129. They will only accept shipments between Monday, July 18th and Friday, August 5th at 4:30pm, or
2) You can ship them directly to the Pavilion office (3212 Wichita Walk, Oklahoma City, OK 73107). They will only accept shipments on either Monday, August 8th or Tuesday, August 94th (9:00am to 3:00pm only).
Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, August 14th or between 8:00am and 10:00am on Monday, August 15th. Any freight left in the venue after 10:00am on August 15th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.75 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
