THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 10X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1-8' COVERED AND SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

The convention center floor is NOT carpeted. If you are in need of comfy rental carpet/padding, please click ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE below or use page 8 in the Vendor Packet.

Your booth does NOT come with electrical or wireless internet services. If you would like to order and pay for these, CLICK HERE.

We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on Thursday, July 9 to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 1117 E. Grand Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73129. They will accept shipments between Monday, June 15th and Friday, July 3rd at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73109). They will only accept shipments on either Thursday, July 9th or Friday, July 10th (9:00am to 3:00pm daily).
