Becky works with keeping the office in order and making sure that all Event 1 clients have everything they need. She is a master at multi-tasking and whether it is working with event budgets, registration, answering the phone or managing accounts receivable and payable, Becky manages to do it all with a smile.
Chris Wallace - Multimedia/Graphics/Audio Visual
Chris Wallace simply stated is a technology genius, from his graphic design, video design and website design concepts to his ability to take lighting, sound and video equipment and make it all work as one to truly create another world, Chris is truly gifted. Few people in this world have the ability to work in the graphic design, video design, website design and audio visual industries all at once and Event 1 has what we consider the best!
Corbin H. Potter - Convention Services
With a degree emphasis in Meeting and Destination Management experience in meeting management, food services and convention services Corbin is familiar with all aspects of the event industry. Corbin's main focus for Event 1 is Convention Services in addition as owner of Event 1 he also oversees the overall operations and growth of the Event 1 companies.
Lela Hewitt - Event Coordinator/Registration
Assisting with registration, maintaining databases, creating badges and ensuring suppliers provide the best prices for our customers is Lela's number one focus. She always lends a helpful hand, which makes her a must on the Event 1 Team.
Scott Cutten - Exhibit Sales
Scott has 16 years experience in the exhibit, display and graphic product sales industry. Along with his 10 years of International & Domestic coordination of Workshops, Seminars, Installs, Dismantles, Logistics and Exhibiting brings a wealth of knowledge to the exhibit sales arena for his clients. He knows how to listen to his clients needs to produce the exhibit on time and on budget. Scott would love to work with you on your next project.
Scott West - Operations Manager
All events require logistical support behind them to ensure all equipment, props and supplies are on hand, make it on the truck and make it to the events. Scott's sense of organization, attention to detail and initiative typically means his crew as well as our clients have a stress free event. Scott has been with Event 1 for over four years and came to Event 1 with years of Tradeshow Operation experience.
Lee Ann Potter - Business Development Director
She has 18 years of Sales & Marketing experience primarily from the hotel industry while working in the Chicago & Tulsa markets. Her responsibilities with Event 1 are presentations, proposals and contract negotiating. Along with Marketing Event 1 to Organizations, Convention Bureaus and Hotels promoting the wide range of services Event 1 provides its clients and customers..
